Because people don't read the rules or the application post properly, many claim they don't know what the strike system is and even break the rules despite writing them out in their own words during the application.
There are even some people who say I am not serious in the strike system because it is impossible for me to know who broke the rules, who submitted their application wrongly etc. These people say this because they claim I am not kicking out people.
Let me prove you wrong by telling you again, I explained the Strike System here https://bphs-mod.dreamwidth.org/1613.html. I also keep detailed records of who did what. These are as follows.

STRIKE 3: KNOWN RULE BREAKER AND/OR ALWAYS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE COMMS, PERMANENTLY BANNED + BLOCKED
- baldoarashian = didn't make application correctly and complained when i said so, rule breaker when finally a member, complained that she did not know the rules
- bemyluckystar = complainer, did not like the way i run my comms, accused me of being racist for continuing to use Br Eng instead of "accepting" her "constructive criticism" to switch to ONLY using "international" Am Eng like a "normal human being", accused me of being a bitch with my rules, accused me of being selfish and elitist for not providing mega and/or permanent download links, accused me of being troublesome to others by relying on volunteers for mirrors
- seramatsujun_95 = didn't make application correctly and complained when i said so, rule breaker when finally a member, complained that she did not know the rules and is "not at fault" for breaking them.
- myagnae7 = only wrote "i read the rules, i will follow them, let me join" despite the whole rules post explaining things (did this in mid 2019 for bphs). only clicked joined and nothing else in mid-2020 despite me sending 4 PMs and comments to her on LJ/DW telling her what she did wrong (did this for both bphs and grozaost). clicked join only at the end of 2020 for bphs and grozaost despite many attempts to contact her by PM on DW and LJ and email.

- rurikonialenora = BPHS member, but tried to join Grozaost on 24 March 2020 by only clicking join despite me saying that she must put in a correct application. Tried to join Grozaost again on 15 October 2020 by only writing an application WITHOUT clicking the join button.
- sheran = clicked join with no application for 1st attempt @ BPHS, then tried to apply again by saying "i read the rules, let me in" in 2nd attempt.

The rules stated clearly that you get 3 chances in applying to join this comm. Once you have used up all 3 chances, you are banned and blocked forever.
If you make any mistake in your first joining attempt and don't do things according to procedure, you are marked as "STRIKE 1", meaning you have used up 1 chance. If your second joining attempt fails to comply with the rules and procedure, you will be marked as "STRIKE 2", meaning you have used 2 chances. If your third attempt is still not according to procedure, you will be labelled "STRIKE 3" and you will be banned/blocked forever from this comm. When you are "STRIKE 3", you will never be allowed to be part of this comm because you have been blocked and banned for good.
Every time you make a mistake in your application, I will tell you what you did wrong and your current "STRIKE" label. I will do this in comments and PMs.
When you are already a comm member, you can still get a "STRIKE" label if you make a lot of demands and complaints. It doesn't matter if you do this in comments or in PMs. Once you do it, you will automatically be "STRIKE 3" and be kicked out and banned/blocked from the comm.
