The rules stated clearly that you get 3 chances in applying to join this comm. Once you have used up all 3 chances, you are banned and blocked forever.
If you make any mistake in your first joining attempt and don't do things according to procedure, you are marked as "STRIKE 1", meaning you have used up 1 chance. If your second joining attempt fails to comply with the rules and procedure, you will be marked as "STRIKE 2", meaning you have used 2 chances. If your third attempt is still not according to procedure, you will be labelled "STRIKE 3" and you will be banned/blocked forever from this comm. When you are "STRIKE 3", you will never be allowed to be part of this comm because you have been blocked and banned for good.
Every time you make a mistake in your application, I will tell you what you did wrong and your current "STRIKE" label. I will do this in comments and PMs.
When you are already a comm member, you can still get a "STRIKE" label if you make a lot of demands and complaints. It doesn't matter if you do this in comments or in PMs. Once you do it, you will automatically be "STRIKE 3" and be kicked out and banned/blocked from the comm.
Once you get a STRIKE, it will never be erased. It will stay on your record. This means if you make a mistake in your 1st application, you are rejected and will have a STRIKE 1 label. But if you do things correctly in your 2nd application and get accepted into the comm, your STRIKE 1 status will stay on your record. This also means that if you do anything wrong while a member, you will be STRIKE 2.

- shosatochii DW / fau-zi LJ STRIKE 2]. 1st attempt @ BPHS wrong, 2nd attempt @ BPHS correct. 1st and 2nd attempt @ grozaost (Mar, June 2020) wrong
- mcfib29 [STRIKE 2 @ grozaost in 2019 and 2020].
2) WROTE SOMETHING LIKE "I WILL FOLLOW THE RULES. LET ME JOIN". This is the wrong thing to do. I left them comments and messages as to the correct procedure. My warning were not heeded. As a result, they were rejected.

3) WROTE OUT TRONELLA'S RULES IN THEIR OWN WORDS. NO REFERENCES TO MY RULES AT ALL. This is the wrong thing to do. I left them comments and messages as to the correct procedure. My warnings were not heeded. As a result, they were rejected.

- pupilurker [STRIKE 1]. 1st attempt only stated 2 of Tronella's rules and 3 of my rules. 2nd attempt was correctly done.
4) WROTE OUT MY RULES IN THEIR OWN WORDS. NO REFERENCES TO TRONELLA'S RULES AT ALL. This is the wrong thing to do. I left them comments and messages as to the correct procedure. My warnings were not heeded. As a result, they were rejected.

5) DEMANDED HQ WHEN VOLUNTEERS HAVE YET TO MAKE THE FILE AND/OR UPLOAD IT. This disregards the "Only MQ will be provided", "HQ will be made by volunteers when they are free and if they want to", and "Do not pester the mod for HQ and/or other download links" rules.
